VIETNAM
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
- 1 visa application form.
- 2 color photos.
- Covering letter on company letterhead.
- Approval copy from Vietnam immigration – one copy to us and one copy faxed directly from Vietnam to the consulate.
- Return ticket.
- The consulate will require visa approval from the Emigration Department of Vietnam if the passenger requires a business visa.
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity.
- One visa application form.
- Covering letter on company letterhead.
- 2 color photos.
- Air ticket. (Passenger has to come personally.)
- 6 months valid passport scan copy (first and last page).
- Confirmed ticket (ticket should have the exact date and port of travel, as the visa will be issued from the date provided with the port of entry name and will be valid for 1 month).
- Scanned photo.
