Personal original bank statement for the last 03 months with a minimum balance of Rs. 1 lakh, with the original bank seal & signature on each page (bank passbook copy will not do).
Personal IT paper copies for the last 03 years, with Notary & Home Department attestation from Mumbai (we can do the same).
Confirmed return issued ticket with e-ticket number.
