- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of return.
- Visa application form signed as per the passport.

- Two color photos (35mm x 45mm), white background, 80% of the face must be visible.
- Original covering letter from the Indian company on company letterhead in detail.
- Copy of the invitation letter in English & Spanish with details, along with the invitee's ID copy.
- Personal income tax papers for the last 3 years.
- Company income tax papers for the last 3 years.
- Updated personal bank statement for the last 6 months with stamp and signature on all pages.
- Updated company bank statement for the last 6 months with stamp and signature on all pages.
- Salary slips for the last 6 months with stamp and signature.
- Listed overseas medical insurance as per the air ticket (list of insurance mentioned below).
- Return air ticket.
- Company registration copy (Note: Company registration must be in English. If it is in a different language, it should be translated on ₹100 stamp paper in English and notarized).
- Vaccine certificate linked to the passport number.
- PAN card copy.
- Aadhar card copy.
- Valid passport with at least 3 months validity from the date of return, with 2 back-to-back blank pages.
- Two recent color photos (35mm x 45mm), white background, 80% of the face must be visible.
- Covering letter from the passenger on company letterhead with the company round stamp.
- If employed, a covering letter on plain paper and an original leave letter from the Indian company with stamp and signature.
- Confirmed hotel confirmation as per the air ticket.
- Updated personal and company bank statement for the last 6 months with stamp and signature on all pages.
- If employed, salary slips for the last 6 months with stamp and signature.
- Personal and company income tax papers for the last 3 years.
- Listed overseas medical insurance as per the air ticket (list of insurance mentioned below).
- Return air ticket.
- Company registration documents: GST certificate, MOA (Memorandum of Association), or partnership deed.
- Vaccine certificate linked to the passport number.
- Personal contact number, email ID, and courier address.
As per the latest update, effective from 2nd November 2015, biometric (fingerprints & digital photo) has become a mandatory requirement for all Schengen country visas. This means that all travelers applying for a Schengen visa must personally visit the respective Embassy/VFS center for biometric data collection and application submission. The biometric data will remain valid for 5 years, and travelers who have already provided their biometric data once will not need to visit personally for biometric submission for the next 5 years.
Following travellers are exempted from biometric :
- Children under 12 years of age
- Persons for whom fingerprint collection is physically impossible
- Sovereigns, senior members of royal families, Heads of State, and members of national governments (along with their official delegations and spouses) if traveling for official purposes.
